TRB - special Teachers Reserved Provisional Selection List And Certificate Verification List Published.
As per the Notification No.05/2017 published on 26.07.2017, the Board conducted Written Competitive Examination for the Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers on 23.09.2017 and results were published on 14.06.2018.
The provisional selection list for the notified vacancies for Special Teachers in the above notification No.5/2017 was published on 12.10.2018.
As per Hon’ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court WP(MD) No.21962 of 2018, Judgement dated 04.12.2018 revised Tentative Provisional selection list for Sewing subject was published on 09.09.2019 in which 31 turns were reserved for Court cases.
In order to expedite the recruitment process and to avoid multiple rounds of certificate verification and delay, the Board decided to ascertain the veracity of the claim made by the candidates in their application, before calling them for Certificate Verification in 1:2 ratio for specific reservation turn such as PSTM, PWD, DW, Ex-servicemen and accordingly copies of the relevant certificates were obtained from the candidates who were not called for Certificate Verification earlier.
Now, in compliance with the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras orders in W.A. Nos.404,405,406,407,408,409,410,412 and 413 of 2020 on 16.03.2020, the revised provisional selection list for School Education Department is now released based on the certificate verification conducted on 13.08.2018 and based on the verification of documents obtained from the candidates as mentioned above.
This selection is purely provisional and is subject to the outcome of various writ petitions pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras and Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
The appointment orders for the eligible candidates, satisfying all conditions will be issued by the concerned Departmental authorities.
The Certificate Verification will be on 23.10.2021 and 24.10.2021. This is tentative.

Utmost care has been taken in preparing the list and in publishing it. Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in at any stage.
